The Rudgear Estates Neighborhood of Walnut Creek

Rudgear Estates is on the southeast side of Walnut Creek and it's at the far end of Rudgear Boulevard, which is one of the bigger East west streets that run through the south end of town. These town homes are really good sized. They're three and four bedrooms, 1600 to well over 2000 square feet. And like I said, the best thing about it is you're getting the space of a single-family home with the affordability of a town home and yet you don't have a backyard to take care of. What you have instead is the open space which is right there and Rudgear Park - complete with a pool, tennis courts, place to spread out, walk your dog, playground. Anything you can want.

Homeowners Association dues for Rug Gear Estate are low for what you get. And one of the reasons why people really like living here and stay for a long time. Plus, the schools are great and you very much feel like you are out in the suburban area. There's plenty of town homes close to downtown Walnut Creek, if that's what you're looking for. But if you kind of want more of like a suburban to even rural feeling just because you're so close to the open space.
