You're going to find more single family homes here than anything else. As expected, we are in the suburbs, but there's a smattering of town homes, there's a couple of duplexes here, and there's people who have lived here forever and ever and ever. The turnover here at Almond Chewy is extremely low. A lot of people just don't sell their houses. And why would they? They like living there. Who can blame 'em? Most of the homes in Almond Shuey are actually on the older side, and the reason why is because they were built first. It's right next to downtown. So as Walnut Creek expanded, they started with all the neighborhoods close to downtown and grew out from there. So Almond Shuey homes are a lot of times you find in the twenties, thirties, and forties, which is really old for Walnut Creek.
