What are home prices in Northgate
The homes in Northgate are generally a little bit bigger than you find on the average in Walnut Creek. Average home price is between $1.5 and $2.5M. The lots are good sized. It's flat, so there's quite a bit of swimming pools, and like I said, it just has that suburban feel. So if that's what you're looking for, you're going to get into Northgate. The one knock on Northgate is it can feel kind of isolated because there's really one way in way out, and that's Ignacio Valley Road.
However, in recent years, there's been a lot of development. There's a brand new shopping center called The Orchards that has sprung up with everything you really need, so you don't have to drive all the way to downtown Walnut Creek just to get a carton of milk.
